Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $35
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
We stand behind every blend we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Return
- Email us at hello@mykaherbs.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label.
- Once we receive your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened tea tins cannot be returned unless the product is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately at no charge.
